The underlying concept and intention of T&Coffee is “To provide a regular series of regional events, allowing trans people to meet with supportive members of their community, in a clean, safe, alcohol free
and accessible environment.”

The aim of this policy is to reinforce and publish the commitment of the T&Coffee to the promotion of an inclusive culture, equality of opportunity and a drive for diversity throughout T&Coffee This policy applies to all our relationships within and between our team, our Founders and the external stakeholders with whom we work.
